Our Management Team
Chris founded INT Technologies in 2000 with the belief that the best way to ensure a company's success is to create long-term business relationships. Those relationships are forged through exceptional service, client focused policies and the integration of ethics and integrity into all business practices. Remaining true to strong principles and assembling a team of senior professionals with unparalleled industry knowledge enables Chris to manage the growth and success of INT. Chris has 32 years as a leader within the client services industry, and over 16 years in information technology.
Senior Vice President of Technical Recruiting
Rhonda co-founded INT in March of 2000 and has been responsible for management and all recruiting activities including:
- Maintaining a strong national technical recruiting team comprised of expert level senior professionals
- Assisting with INT’s national capabilities strategy
- Directing interaction with account managers to define requirements and client’s needs
- Setting policy and standards for company and recruiting efforts
- Team building
Rhonda has a degree in computer information systems and experience as a software developer and systems analyst. She has extensive experience in information technology, including 20 years of successful technical recruitment management and senior-level technical recruiting for both IT consulting and in-house permanent placement. Rhonda's strengths and expertise lie in her understanding of technology and her ability to manage and direct a diverse team of senior professionals. Rhonda builds strong professional relationships and is consistently focused on quality recruitment, management practices and INT's strategic goals.
Vice President of Business Development
James joined INT in early 2010 and as the National Director of Business Development is responsible for overseeing all Account Management and Business Development initiatives for INT. James has an extensive background in Financial Services and over 14 years of experience in the IT Staffing industry encompassing Account Management, Account Development and Executive leadership. He has led the efforts of sales teams in successfully supporting clients ranging from mid-market to fortune 100 in size on a national level. James is a strategic planner and hands-on leader with a consistent track record of achievements in both sales and customer relations management. James brings with him expertise in forging meaningful business relationships to better partner with clients as well as a wealth of knowledge on how to lead a company's strategic direction.
Vice President of Technical Recruiting
Tamara Ellestad joined INT in 2007 and has been an integral part of INT’s current processes, policies and procedures in the recruiting department. From championing the robust and effective application tracking system and social media efforts to increasing the recruiting team’s productivity and profitability, Tamara is a proven asset to the INT team. She comes with nearly 15 years of recruiting experience and has been in the IT recruiting space for 10+ years. She finds a true passion for matching up technical talent to the client’s needs and finds staffing to be a very rewarding and noble industry.
Tamara is currently responsible for:
- Mentoring, leading and training INT Technologies recruiting team
- Developing new and innovative ways to recruit and find untapped talent in our market space
- Managing social media recruiting efforts
- Creating new and maintaining existing recruiting processes, policies and procedures
- Managing the full cycle recruiting process to stay up to date with industry changes and trends
- Promoting team comradery to preserve a cohesive production environment
Vice President of Operations
Richard joined INT Technologies in 2008 as INT's Director of Operations and is responsible for managing many of the daily operations processes, corporate expenses and providing support to the Sales and Recruiting teams by assisting with INT's national capabilities strategy. Prior to joining INT, Richard was a program administrator for a multi-billion dollar financial institution managing the IT staffing suppliers where he was instrumental in recognizing and implementing cost saving techniques and vendor evaluation practices.
